9-11 terrorist trial is a good thing

We have had the President and the Attorney General say they would be found guilty. So is this a trial or a Kangaroo court? The lawyers representing these folks are going to tie this up for years. You get a poor member of the judiciary as judge and it will be crazy. The first thing that will happpen will be change of venue. How can they get a fair trial in New York? It will go on for years. Obama will be out of office before the trials are over..

While I think is is quite a stretch to associate the civilian trials of these terrorists to the President joining in some worldwide Muslim terrorist conspiracy, I do not think the US courtrooms are not the correct venue for those that make war on us.

There were captured in combat OCONUS and not part of any recognized national armed forces.....they have no rights whatsoever. They are lucky as hell they are in US custody and not a third-world prison/torture chamber.

I have said this before, Our present Muslim president is nothing more than an Al-Qaeda plant. From the time he was born, he was Muslim educated, financially supported for his education in the states by the 3rd world, was connected to terrorist organizations that help him to gain positions in the political world and waited till the US was yelling for the big change before making it to the position he now holds. I have asked repeatly, when special ops people catch terrorist are they supposed to secure the area, do chain of cutody for evidence obtained (ie bomb material, papers etc), read the terrorist thier martanda rights while fighting off the forces that are regrouping to counter attack? You don't think our special ops forces have enought to do just catching the bad guys?
