When did our imminent destruction begin?
Was it separation of church and state? Was it political correctness? Was it tolerance for open homosexual heresy within the church? Was it when the pulpits and Congress grew silent about moral and ethical behavior until it became public knowledge? Was it when we elected officials who think socialism would be a benefit to a free society?
The church was the backbone and conscience of our society at one time, but sadly not now. When there was corruption, those who were guilty at least looked over their shoulder to see if God was watching. Now they don't even look. Even churches have embraced sexual sin and make excuses for the change.
Freedom of speech is no longer a strength but a handicap to those who do not wish to know the truth. To question political issues now is an act of treason if we do not agree with the White House juggernaut that has decided to ignore the Constitution and the will of the people to force issues, whether popular or not.
The change has built a wall of ignorance that blocks the road of common sense. When has patriotism, capitalism and democracy been the evils that have to be replaced with socialism, wealth-sharing and suppression? Immigrants do not come here to be enslaved, but to break the chains of slavery from their own countries.
What has happened that we are now blind to history, corrupted in our politics and speak blasphemy that God no longer blesses our country? We need to fight for ourselves, for it is not the federal government that is our master, but the states and the people who rule the federal government.
It is time to draw a line in the sand and make a stand saying, as Martin Luther is quoted as saying, "Here I stand; I can do no other."

I have to tell you, I've never seen in the Bible where it says "God blesses the U. S. A." God doesn't bless countries, he blesses people. A country doesn't possess a soul. If you are Lutheran, Cliff Henning, then you know that. Where do people come up with this stuff?

You sir are a great american, who lke the majority of us, are witnessing the downward spiral of our once great nation and are unable to do anything to stop it, because the very halls of our government are filled with those that want to destroy it. I am saddened by it all, as our country becomes socialized and more and more impotent, while we bicker about whether of not God blesses nations or peoples. We, the people, have become, We, the takers. Try and build a great nation on that principle...lol.
I love it when 'tards claim that passing legislation through Congress is "ignoring the Constitution and the will of the people to force issues, whether poplular or not." I have news for you all, just because you lost the election doesnt mean that the democratic process is being subverted, it just means that you dont have enough votes. Too many of you see the system as "democratic" only if your side wins the vote.
And please let me know when the first person is prosecuted for treason after criticizing our government. Listening to Glen Beck and watching bad TV evangelicals doesnt make you smart, it only makes you a loon.
