Basketball

Boxing

- The North Augusta Police Athletic League will play host to the South Carolina Silver Gloves State Championships on Saturday starting at 7 p.m. The event will be held at 3294 Augusta Road in Burnettown, S.C. Tickets are $10 for adults. Children under 6 get in free.

Golf

l The Lakeside High School Diamond Club and The American Cancer Society Relay for Life will hold a silent auction at Lakeside on Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The auction will benefit both the cancer society and the Panthers' baseball team.
