CADLEY, Ga. - Mr. Robert Lee 'Rabbit' Johnson, age 64, of Cadley Road, died Monday, November 16, 2009, at McDuffie County Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 P. M. Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at the New Providence Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Roger Kennedy officiating. Mr. Johnson, a native of Glascock County, GA, was the son of the late Charlie & Mary Catherine Whitehead Johnson. He was a retired supervisor with Hall Contracting and a Baptist. Survivors include his son, Glenn Wayne (Marie) Johnson, Dearing, three daughters, Robbie Ann (Jerry) Reese, Warrenton, Georgia, Lee (Bobby) Tincher, Harlem, and Angela Faye (Brian) Adams, Gibson, two sisters, Betty J. (Barry) Hyman, Norwood and Lizzie Mae King, Dearing, two brothers, Leroy (Sally) Johnson, Warrenton and Riley (Georgia) Johnson, Thomson and 11 Grandchildren & 8 Great Grandchildren. Friends may call at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Barry Hyman, Cadley Road Norwood, GA. The family will receive friends from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Tuesday evening at Lowe Funeral Home.
