AUGUSTA - Tiffany Pippin Robinson and Stephen Paul Robinson of Evans, Ga. are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Elli Reagan Robinson, born September 30, 2009 at University Hospital in Augusta. She made her debut at 12:24 p.m., weighed 7lbs, 15 Ú oz and was 20 Ú inches long. Proud grandparents are Herbert and Darlene Pippin and Earle and Jeannie Robinson, all of Martinez, Ga. She is welcomed home by her two year old sister, Cameron. Elli Reagan
