AUGUSTA - Ashley Anne Garganeous and Carl Jay Garganeous are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Toby Wyatt Garganeous, born October 3, 2009 at Doctors Hospital in Augusta. He made his debut at 6:22 a.m., weighed 6lbs, 3oz and was 19 inches long.
