Entry fee $30. Prizes will be awarded for the four biggest fish weighed in. Top prize will be $500 based on 50 entries. There is an 18-inch minimum on stripers and hybrids. Hours are safe light until 4 p.m. Profits will be donated to Robert and Mary Ann Edwards. Robert is undergoing treatment for cancer. American Bass Anglers is the largest tournament trail for the weekend angler, with more than 116 districts offering more than 1,000 tournaments throughout the nation. Tournaments will be limited to the first 20 boats and are open to all ID cardholders and the public with a Fort Gordon fishing license guest permit. Entry fee is $10 per Fort Gordon Sportsman Club member, $20 per nonmember, with an optional $5 big fish pot, with a guaranteed $100 for first place and $50 for second place. Registration is with the club prior to the tournament or 30 minutes before the event's start. State licenses and Fort Gordon fishing permits required.
