BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Services for Mr. Cloy Bobbie Best, 65, of Brooklyn, N.Y., formerly of Gifford, S.C., will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Gifford. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2009 in the chapel of Riley's Hampton. Riley's Hampton Chapel Inc. is assisting the best family with the arrangements.
