BEECH ISLAND, S.C. - Miss Ada Evelen Andrews, of Todd's Landing, entered into rest November 1, 2009. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 11:00am at the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Farley officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Miss Andrews was a native of Beech Island and was a lifelong member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and was very active in the Beech Island Garden Club & Historical Society. Miss Andrews was retired from the Georgia Railroad Bank. Survivors include two nephews and their wives: Dr. Phillip & Lisa Andrews, Alva, FL, David & Barbara Andrews, Augusta, GA; and a niece, Donna Pittman, Metter, GA. Miss Andrews is also survived by a number of great-nieces & nephews. Pallbearers will be Joseph Pittman, Jim Pittman, Ethan Andrews, Rhett Hinesley, Carey Burris, and David Kling. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 pm. Rowland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
