AROUND THE NBA CAVALIERS: Troubled guard Delonte West scored 13 points against Charlotte on Saturday after being activated for the first time this season. West, who has been dealing with legal issues and has been treated in the past for bipolar disorder, sat out Cleveland's first three regular-season games. WIZARDS: Coach Flip Saunders expects forward Caron Butler (bruised left kneecap) to return Tuesday night against Cleveland. Butler was hurt during Friday's loss to Atlanta. NETS: Point guard Devin Harris said he'll be sidelined at least a week because of an injured right groin. Harris is scheduled to see a specialist today in Chicago.
