Have we forgotten that we are the sons and daughters of liberty? Have we forgotten that we revolted against tyranny and excessive taxation? What was the purpose of our forefathers fighting for liberty if we allow ourselves to be yoked to tyranny with our own King George III?
Our government is of the people, by the people and for the people -- not the ruling class. When we elect those we send to Washington, why do they turn against us? Is the atmosphere so vile that courage and truth are forced to the sewers of the pot-holed road that runs in circles around Congress? Are we so insignificant as citizens that we are treated as illegal aliens with few rights, few alternatives and with little or no voice?
Who says we have to be told like little children that we must accept this new "change" that will render the Constitution useless? When did we say it was alright to excuse our past to those who wish us dead? When has cowardice been the objective of our great nation? Who dares say God is dead and teach it in our schools? Who agreed to declare that our freedoms are outmoded and need to be changed?
There is a cancer destroying our country that feeds off of political correctness and moral decay. Who wants to see our country go the way of Rome and Greece into the dustbin of history? I give no apology to dictators who laugh at us because we want to hide among other nations. We are the leaders of the free world, and to think differently is to show cowardice in the face of our enemies, and we will be destroyed for it.
If Patrick Henry were alive today and said, "Give me liberty of give me death," the government end-of-life panel would say, "We recommend death."

Cliff back away from the Beck. Then give us specific examples of freedoms you have lost in the last 10 months and I might listen. I just give up and see people moving around and doing all the things they have been doing. I just don't see all the lack of freedom that has arose from nowhere. Still see guns for sale everywhere, still see news and tv, no concetration camps, no marshall law, no tax increases, what am I missing.

boston93, Acorn registered 1.5 million voters from 2007-2008 if you want to say every single one of them actually voted and voted for Obama it wouldn't change the outcome of the election. Do a little research on when CZAR's were first appointed and get back to me on why they are a problem with Obama for the first time.
Bush, didn't take any of my rights. He just ruined the economy, was prez when more Americans died on our soil than any other time in history, then followed it up by invading a country that had nothing to do with it which has cost billions and thousand of American lives. The destruction of the ecomony and unneccessary loss of life is my biggest problem with Bush. However, he was the prez and I never called him crazy names, defaced pictures of him and never questioned his position as prez. I only pointed out my differences with him. I also didn't blame him when someone in Aiken runs from police like some of the idiots on this board or when someone robs the pizza man they blame Obama. But, Rush blames him for school bus fights so I know these ditto heads are just following suit.
