ABOUT THE AUTHOR: The Atlanta speaker is a native of the Virgin Islands. After serving in the Army, he entered the ministry and has written six books, including Blacks: From the Plantation to the Prison, and Raising a Rebel Son: What's Really Wrong with Him and How to Tackle It.
QUOTE: "We find that especially in the school system there's separation of church and state. The thing is, the state didn't replace anything when they removed the church. What ends up happening is you remove the values. We want to re-instill those values this weekend."
ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Mr. Robinson says that the revival is best suited for ages 8 to 18 but that all ages are welcome. He will give away 100 copies of his book Changing Your Mind: One Degree at a Time.
