MARTINEZ, Ga. - Johnimae "Bootsie" Hamilton, 80, entered into rest at her residence on Thursday, October 22, 2009. She was retired from Martinez Elementary School where she was the Manager of the Lunch Room. Bootsie was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Hamilton, Sr. She is survived by one son, Lenny (Patricia) Hamilton of Grovetown; granddaughter, Amy Hamilton of Grovetown; sister, Jenny McElheney of Grovetown; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 11:00a.m. Monday, October 26, 2009 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Robert Riley officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 25, 2009 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
