AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Melba Groff of Green Street (St. John's Tower) entered into rest Thursday, October 8, 2009 at the residence. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 12, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home chapel with Pastors Thomas and Victoria Evans officiating. Burial will be at Bellevue Memorial Garden. She was a native of Baxley, Ga. and a Caregiver who took care of children. Survivors are her daughter, Karen Groff, Jackson, S.C.; sister, Mildred Sears, Brunswick, Ga.; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Williams Funeral Home, 1765 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
