MIAMI, Fla. - Mr. Roosevelt Green entered into rest on Monday, October 5, 2009, in Miami, FL. He received his education in Warren County where he was born and raised. He was preceded in death by a son Troy Paschal and a daughter Tora Sheely. He worked for Walgreens for twenty years, Taco Viva, and Miami Sub until he retired. He leaves to cherish fond loving memories with his loving and devoted wife, Elnora P. Green; children, Randy Green and Santina Green, Melbourne, Fl., Timothy (Ivory) Paschal, Belle Glades, West Palm Beach, Fl. Alberto (Cheryl) Paschal, Miami, Fl., Veronica (Johnnie) Stidom, Stockbridge, Ga., and Gregory Green, Miami, Fl., eleven grandchildren, two great grandsons,brothers, Lucious Green, Augusta,GA. and John Wesley (Mattie Pearl) Green, Atlanta,Ga.; sisters, Mae Rose Norris, Warrenton, Ga. Cloria Castleberry, Decatur, Ga., Florence Harris, Oxford, Ga.,Mary Broomfield, Atlanta, Ga., Marie (Roy) Cody, Marrow, Ga.and Wylene Thorpe, Jonesboro, Ga., five sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 11:00am, Monday, October 12,2009, at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Warrenton, Ga. with Bishop James W. Paschal, officiating. Interment will be in Union Star Cemetery, Warrenton,Ga. The family will recieve friends Sunday (today) from 4 to 6pm, at Kinsey & Walton Funeral Home, 3618 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta.
