NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mr. Henry Lewis McBride, 72, of Bradley Drive, entered into rest October 7, 2009 at the Medical College of Georgia. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Mr. McBride, a native of Chesterfield County, was a member of Hammond Grove Word Power Ministry. Survivors include seven daughters, Sheila (Wilmont) McFadden and Uzella (Clint) Jackson, North Augusta; Betty Mims, Augusta; Teresa (William) Bush, Hephzibah; Florence (Charlie) Mims, Appling; Jeanette (Terry) Barnwell, New York City and Jahniya McBride, North Augusta; two sons, Harold Lewis McBride, New York City and Fernado (Terri) McBride, North Augusta; uncle, David Wright, Hartsville, S.C.; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Mims, North Augusta; Lillian Tillmon, Atlanta; Marie (Bernard) Lee, Graniteville and Roberta (Charles) Jackson, Augusta; two brothers-in-law, Johnny R. Mims, North Augusta and Theodore Mims, Augusta; 14 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
