WAYNESBORO, Ga. - Donald 'Don' W. Maddox, husband of Elizabeth 'Beth' Sheppard Maddox, entered into rest Monday, September 21, 2009, at Trinity Hospital. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, today, at 3:00 P.M., at McBean Baptist Church with the Reverend Wayne Todd officiating. Other survivors include his step-children, Judy Barkeloo of Augusta, Jimmy Thigpen, Jr. of Pearl, MS, Tammy Cohn of Waynesboro, GA and Lisa Gunthorpe of Covington, GA; brother, Chuck Maddox of California; sisters, Amy Irons of Oklahoma and Lynn Veccihiore of Massachusetts.
