Tiffany McGuire has joined MCG Health Inc. as director of employee relations. She was previously employed by Memorial University Medical Center of Savannah, Ga. She completed human resources internships at University Health Care System and at the Medical College of Georgia.

Dee Dee Kurilla has been named regional development director for the Alzheimer's Association Georgia chapter. She was previously employed by United Way of the CSRA as campaign division director.
Connie Hite , of Evans, has joined Palmetto Industries International as an accountant. She was previously employed by Husqvarna. Her responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting.
Regions Bank has named Richard Fairey as regional president for the Augusta, Aiken and Savannah community markets.
Mr. Fairey brings 22 years of experience to this new role. He has spent the past six years as city president in Augusta and Dalton, Ga., for Wachovia. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgia State University and is enrolled at Georgia Institute of Technology for a Global Executive MBA. He holds licenses in Series 6 and 63 and life, accident and health insurance.
"Richard has a proven record in commercial, small business and retail banking," said Brian Willman, a community banking executive for Georgia and South Carolina. "He is an accomplished banker, well-recognized for his talent and commitment to serving customers and the community."

Regions operates seven offices in Augusta, Martinez and Evans, four in Aiken County and three in the Savannah area, and 13 other locations in surrounding counties. Mr. Fairey will be in the Martinez office at 4129 Columbia Road.
Susan Hunnicutt, an Augusta native who has spent her entire 23-year banking career with Wachovia, a Wells Fargo company, and its predecessors, has been named market president for Augusta.
Ms. Hunnicutt began her career in 1986 as a business banker for Georgia Railroad Bank. Since then, her positions have included branch manager and senior financial specialist. Most recently she was a senior vice president and community banker.
