AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. David Bradley "Brad" Williams, Jr., 46, entered into rest on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at his residence, after an extended illness. He was born, in Augusta, on February 5, 1963, son of Gail M. Williams and the late David B. Williams, Sr. Mr. Williams was a Phi Kappa Phi graduate of Augusta College. He taught children's Sunday School classes and was an avid lover of the outdoors. He managed the family business, Augusta Gallery Office Furniture. Survivors include his wife, Christina Wilk Williams, son, Trent, mother, Gail M. Williams, sister, Dede Williams Thurmond (Gary), nephews Tristan Penn, Ryan and Tanner Thurmond and a niece Ansleigh Wilk. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 11:00 am, in the Platt's Crawford Avenue Chapel with Reverend Kevin Steele officiating. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park. The family will receive friends this evening, Monday, August 17, 2009 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the funeral home. Friends are also invited to call at his mother's home, on Downing Street.
