NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C.- Funeral Services for Mr. Jack N. Coley, 69, of Pinon Road, North Augusta, SC, who was called home to be with his Lord on July 29, 2009, will be conducted Friday morning at 11 o'clock from Curtis Baptist Church. Dr. Mark Sterling and Dr. Mark Harris officiating. Interment in Pineview Memorial Park. Mr. Coley was a native of Chesterfield County, SC, having made North Augusta his home for the past 48 years. He was a member of Curtis Baptist Church where he served as the Financial Administrator and a Deacon and was a member of the North Augusta Lions Club. Jack along with his friend, Mel Rhodes, was the Owner and Operator of Augusta Transportation, Inc. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Bootsie Coley; a daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and David Mathis, North Augusta; his mother, Sarah T. Coley, Columbia; three brothers, David Coley, Asheville, NC, Roy Coley and Joe Coley both of Columbia; three sisters, Irene Coley, Charleston, SC, Judy Brazell and Bonnie Hoover both of Columbia; a host of nieces and nephews. Honorary Pallbearers will be current and former employees of Augusta Transportation, Inc. Active Pallbearers will be Ray Brown, Tom Plowden, Mel Rhodes, Byron Dasher, Joe Seamon and Roy Scarborough.
