I wonder how long it took to

I wonder how long it took to close off all the breaks? If the dam fails they have about 20 minutes to do all of them including the rail cut. I wonder also who would notify the railroad that the break is sealed? It would appear that the movement of these slabs is a skill that few people could master without training and the last training was years ago, so what do we do when these folks are on vacation or sick? What I am really saying is, do we have a plan and what department is lead and in charge with no questions asked period? I hope we do. BTW good work on not dropping the crane.
