The office operates in a 41-county area between Augusta and Macon and is an affiliate of the national dispute-resolution organization.

Listed are unanswered and unresolved complaints over the past 30 days.
"Unanswered" means the company did not respond to the BBB in an attempt to resolve the issue.
"Unresolved" means the company failed to resolve the issue through the BBB's dispute-resolution services.

I think this is a very good idea, especially during the rotten economy. It's bad enough getting ripped off at any time, but really bad when money is so tight. Lots of folks are having a hard time just making ends meet. Having someone "steal" your money through very bad business practices is so wrong.
