AUGUSTA - Kathryn Michele (Prevatte) O'Tuel and Patrick Ryan O'Tuel of Bloomingdale, Ga. are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Luke Ryan O'Tuel, born June 9, 2009 at Doctors Hospital in Augusta. He made his debut at 3:25 p.m., weighed 6lbs 6oz and was 19 inches long. Proud grandparents are Eric Prevatte and Dawn Prevatte, both of Hephzibah, Ga., and Patrick and Wendy O'Tuel of Dearing, Ga.
