Presidents get criticism, rightly so

Here, here Max. To apologize to Europe for America being "arrogant" is just not right. How many times have we saved Europe from it's self-destruction? At least 2 that I can name - WWI and WWII. Who knows how many times it would be if you included America's presence with it's troops in NATO and the use of diplomacy. We have EVERY right to tell Europe how to act and we have EVERY right to be arrogant because of the thousands, no, hundreds of thousands of American lives that were given for them to remain free from tyrany.

Criticism of Obama is fair game when it's honest.. The problem is Conservatives enjoy manufacturing lies or spinning half truths as though the rest of us slept through the last eight years. We all know if you guys are making up stuff, and for the most part you are... If Obama does understand criticism he would not be President. How does a man defend against being called an Arab if he's not? GITMO is a problem Obama caused, not GWB? Ending the war at $15B a month and addressing a domestic issues is robbing white folks? A woman that took eight years to get a BA degree is smarter than a sitting US Senator that finished as the top graduationg lawyer at Harvard? It never ends, but the rest of us are suppose to sit quietly as Conservatives spin this on us? Obama is far from perfect, but he has a duty to right our wrongs as the spokesman for every US citizen. Bush & Cheney should have thought about that before telling the UN we would rather go to war alone, only to have to admit later we used flawed evidence to justify our stance. We ought to thank God Obama doesn't have a cowboy mentality that caused the stress with many allies. Thank God for Obama & this country...

Mr Greenbaum simply suffers from what all Democrats suffer from: the "do as we tell you to do, not as we do" mentality. It's perfectly okay for them to criticize everyone and everything that is not Democrat-related, and we must listen to it, but we dare not criticize or make any derogatory comments about them or theirs in return.
