WASHINGTON, Ga. - Mrs. Teacher Mae McLendon Sims, 92, of Salenist Street, died Sunday, June 28, 2009. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, July 4, 2009 at Cherry Grove Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Davenport-McLendon Mortuary, Inc., Washington, GA, 706-678-2411, is in charge of arrangements.
