AIKEN, S.C. - Mr. Earnest Patterson, 59, of Shiloh Heights Rd., entered into rest July 2, 2009 at his residence. Funeral arrangements will be announced. Mr. Patterson was a member of Mt. Harris Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Lillie Mae Patterson, Aiken; a daughter, Katina (Timothy) East, Aiken; two sons, Kenneth Patterson, Miami, FL and Reginald Patterson, Minneapolis, Minn.; four sisters, Bernice Patterson, Barbara Jean Patterson, Columbia, S.C., Gail (Anthony) Tyler, all of Aiken, and Lola Mae Patterson, Columbia; four brothers, James (Linda) Patterson, Columbia, Earl (Kathy) Patterson, Theodore (Priscilla) Patterson, both of Aiken, and Frank Patterson of New York; five grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
