Bush's education Secretary Rod Harper was outed on 60 Minutes about the failure of the program. Although Rod Harper left the administration, Bush decided to keep the flawed program at tax payer expense. President Busg recalled hundreds of soldiers to active duty despite the VA hospitals throughout the country not having enough money to care for the returning soldiers. We don't have to talk about the mess at GITMO. Lets not pretend Bush handed Obama a country without problems and Obama is messing up a good thing. Obama got elected partially because the country realized Bush and most Conservatives are hypocritical liars. Thank God for Obama!!

By most accounts that I have read is that No Child left behind has INDEED raised children's scores. That is a FACT! If you need me to get you some numbers I will.
