FAIRFAX, S.C. - Mrs. Julie Ollie Bigby Hayes, 97, of Fairfax, passed away June 26, 2009 at Hampton Regional Medical Center in Varnville, S.C. Memorial services will be held 6 p.m., Friday, July 3, 2009 at Riley's Hampton Chapel Inc. Survivors are two sons, Henry Hayes, Fairfax and William Hayes, Los Angeles, Calif.; one brother, Robert Bigby, Santee, S.C.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
