NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Funeral services for Mr. Stephen C. Phillips will be held at 12 noon Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at Mt. Transfiguration Baptist Church with the Rev. Gregory Gibson officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The remains will lie in state in the church from 11 a.m. until the hour of service.
