AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Eugene Robinson, Sr., of Augusta, entered into rest on Sunday, June 28, 2009, at the V.A. Medical Center. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Survivors are the mother of his nine children, Ethel M. Robinson; nine children, Eugene (Mary) Robinson, Jr., Decatur, Ga., Merian R. Robinson, Augusta, David (Deborah) B. Robinson, Conyers, Ga., Clifford F. Robinson, Sandra C. Turner, Emily V. Robinson, Richard M. Robinson, Augusta, Cheryle R. (Arthur) Safford, Hephzibah, Keith J. (Cathy) Robinson; one sister, Ruth Walker, Flint, Mich.; one brother, Sylvester Robinson, Atlanta, Ga.; 30 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; a host of devoted nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
