SYLVANIA, Ga. - Frank Hughes, Jr., 91, of Sylvania died June 23, 2009 at Ogeechee Area Hospice Facility in Statesboro, GA. Funeral Services will Friday, June 26, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Screven Chapel of Joiner Anderson, with visitation two hours prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Screven County Memorial Cemetery. Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home Screven Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
