Survivors are her husband, Billy Cummings; daughter, Chinita (Mike Hammonds) Smith; two sons, Lynell (Pearl) Smith and Lemuel Smith; mother, Connie (Joe) Smith; two sisters, Gloria (Ronnie Porter) Smith and Donna Taylor; grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
