THOMSON, Ga. - Retired Staff Sergeant Ira M. Cole, Jr. 78, husband of the late Martha J. Cole, entered into rest, June 21, 2009. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday June 24, 2009, in the Bellevue Memorial Gardens Chapel with the Rev. Russell Davis officiating with full military honors. Interment will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Survivors include one son, William L. Cole, Thomson; four daughters, Dianne (Mark) Powell, Lincolnton, Judy Graham, Silver Springs, Maryland, Jane Murray and Janet Trump of Morgantown, West Virginia; one sister, Mary Kisner, Morgantown, West Virginia and one brother Kenneth Cole, Morgantown, West Virginia; and grandchildren, Jennifer McCall, Rachel McCall, Franklin Cole, Lonnie Trump, Robert L.
