HARLEM, Ga. - Entered into rest Saturday, June 20, 2009, Gerald G. "Jerry" Hill of Harlem. Mr. Hill was a retired cabinet maker. He loved collecting old cars and riding Harleys. He was a wonderful daddy and granddaddy and was known and loved by all and will be missed by everyone. Family members include daughters: Dawn Hill Horne (Jack) of Harlem, GA, Sabrina Hill of Augusta, GA; grandchildren: Dalton Hill, Spencer Hill, Meagan Leigh Anderson, Dustin Anderson, and Jackson Horne; sisters: Beverly Carter (Billy) of Augusta, GA, Rose Walker (Charlie) of Augusta, GA; brothers: Thomas Michael "Mike" Hill (Frances) of Augusta, GA, Daniel C. "Dan" Hill of Evans, GA, James A "Jimmy" Hill of Jackson, SC; former wife and best friend: Pamela Dale Hill of Augusta, GA. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son with Rev. Robert W. Riley officiating.
