Last week while purchasing tickets online for the Gaither event in November at James Brown Arena, I was exceptionally pleased to find out how great the customer service is now at the Augusta Entertainment Complex.
I had several problems caused only by myself; however, the personnel at the complex were most gracious in helping me solve my problems and complete my transaction.
Phone calls were returned promptly, emails answered and everything resolved quickly.
Kudos to everyone there for this great level of customer service which we have so lacked in the past and thanks to those who chose Global Spectrum to manage this facility.
I see only great things in the future if they are left alone to do their work.
