Entry fee $22 per boat. Tournament hours 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., every Saturday through Aug. 22. Register at the Lake Springs boat ramp each week. The year-end Classic will be held on Aug. 29 from 5 p.m. until midnight. Entry fee is $55, including $5 for the big fish pot. To qualify to fish the Classic, entrants must fish a minimum two Saturday night tournaments, or pay the Classic fee plus $45 for $100 total. Five-fish limit. American Bass Anglers

American Bass Anglers is the largest tournament trail for the weekend angler, with more than 116 districts offering more than 1,000 tournaments throughout the nation. Membership is open to anyone 16 years old and over, but is closed to professional fishermen and professional guides. Those under 18 must have their parents' consent.

Schedule: July 12, bass tournament, safe light until noon. Aug. 9, bass tournament, safe light until noon.

Tournaments will be limited to the first 20 boats and are open to all ID cardholders and the public with a Fort Gordon fishing license guest permit. Entry fee is $10 per Fort Gordon Sportsman Club member, $20 per non-member, with an optional $5 big fish pot, with a guaranteed $100 for first place and $50 for second place. Registration is with the club prior to the tournament or 30 minutes before the event's start. State licenses and Fort Gordon fishing permits required.
