Traffic update
From Staff Reports
Saturday, June 06, 2009

- Some planned road work in Martinez has been rescheduled. Crews will be temporarily closing lanes on Davis and Washington roads in Columbia County from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., starting Tuesday and extending into early Wednesday. The Davis Road lane closure will be about 500 feet south of the intersection with Washington Road. A turn lane for westbound traffic at Davis and Washington roads will be closed as well. This is expected to reduce the left turning traffic from Washington to Davis Road to a single lane. Crews will be repairing a sewer lane in that area.

- A lane on Interstate 20 westbound between Bobby Jones Expressway and Wheeler Road was closed at 10 p.m. Friday and will not reopen until 6 a.m. Sunday.
