AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Thomas J. Glover, 77, of Richmond Hill Road, entered into rest Saturday, May 30, 2009 at the University Hospital, Augusta. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jarrod Adkins officiating. A native of Glascock County, he was retired as a supervisor at the Augusta-Richmond County Water Department. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Mrs. Virginia Glover; one sister, Mrs. Ellen "Dollye" (Allen) Borum of Wrens. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Linda Glover; his brother, Clarence Wilson Glover, Jr.; and his parents, Mrs. Gracie Mathis and Clarence Wilson Glover, Sr. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
