AUGUSTA - Jacqueline Hamilton Summie and Roger Neal Summie of Atlanta, Ga. are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Chloe Hannah Summie, born May 25, 2009 at Northside Hospital in Atlanta. She made her debut at 1:48 p.m., weighed 6lbs 5 oz and was 19 × inches long. Proud grandparents are Jack and Rita Hamilton of Augusta and Jim and Shelby Summie of Jonesborough, Tenn. She is welcomed home by her 10 year old sister, Jessica Paige Summie.
