Bennie Mobley (BEECH ISLAND, S.C.)

BEECH ISLAND, S.C. - Mr. Bennie Mobley Jr., entered into rest on Sunday, May 17, 2009, in the Charlie Norwood Veterans Hospital. He was the owner and operator of Mobley's Sanitation. Mr. Mobley was a member of the Horry Street Church of Christ of Aiken, South Carolina. Bennie was a loving and caring father as well as a strong entrepreneur. He leaves to cherish his memories; sons, Delano R. (Shaster) Mobley, Rufus (Catherine) Mobley and Danny Wright; daughters, Cynthia Brown, Veronica Williams, and Christine Hall; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a dear friend, Leroy Brooks and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, May 23, 2009, at D'Antignac Street Church Of Christ, 1002 D'Antignac Street, Augusta, with Brother Jerry Rosier, officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, 2648 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, South Carolina.
