HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mr. Floyd W. Moore of San Sebastian Drive, entered into rest on Monday, May 18, 2009 at Heartland Hospice. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2009, at 12 noon, at Barnes Avenue Friendship Chapel, Ft., Gordon, with Chaplain John Jensen and Chaplain Ken Goodwin officiating. Mr. Moore, a native of Prince Anne, Va., was a U.S. Army veteran. He retired as a civil service purchasing agent at Ft. Gordon. He was a member of Barnes Avenue Friendship Chapel. Survivors are his wife, Margaret B. Moore; one son, Derrick Moore, Hephzibah; two daughters, Christina Moore, Kimberly Y. Moore, Hephzibah; two grandchildren, Krystyanna Moore, Joseph Moore; one sister, Phyllis Thompson, Norfolk, Va.; sisters-in-law, Willie Brown, California, Roxanne Moore, Virginia Beach, Va.; and a host of other relatives.
