MCCORMICK, S.C. - Doris "Dot" Partain McKinney, 82, died in her home in McCormick, SC, May 19, 2009. She was born in Comer GA. Daughter of Sharecroppers the Late Mike and Esther Seymour Partain. Her husband was the Late John W. McKinney. A wife and mother who work variety of jobs including McCormick Mill, and Regel in McCormick. She Retired from John De La Howe. She was a 60 year member of the McCormick First Baptist Church. She love God, family, friends, and life and she is now in the glory of Jesus watching over us. She is survived by two sons Joel and Jan McKinney of Hephzibah Ga., and Michael and Paula McKinney of Franklin In. One daughter E. Faith McKinney of McCormick SC. Also survived six grandchildren Joel Jr., Summer, Christle, Kim, Katie, and Olivia McKinney; and five great grandchildren. Services 4 P.M. May 21 at McCormick First Baptist Church.
