SOPERTON, Ga. - Mrs. Annie Julia (Ricks) Wilson, 87, of Soperton, GA died Tuesday. She was a native of Johnson County, Georgia. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 22, 2009 at 2:00 PM at First Church of God In Christ, 1227 Canady Avenue in Soperton, GA. Eulogist Presiding Elder Ella Mae Samuels. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery in Soperton, GA. She is survived by four sons, Hubert Ricks, Adrian, GA, Herman Ricks, Shafter, CA, Woodrow Ricks, Higgston, GA and Willie Ricks, Swainsboro, GA; three daughters, Presiding Elder Ella Mae Samuels, Thomson, GA, Lena Mae Williams, Soperton, GA and Evaline Walton, Vidalia, GA.; thirty- nine (39) grandchildren; eighty- seven (87) great-grandchildren; and nine (9) great-great grandchildren.
