Mr. Edwards should be ashamed of himself for letting his personal resentment over what he calls "superfluous citations" lead to his unprofessional disparagement of those working hard to solve a tragic multiple homicide.
Satire is a difficult target to hit, and Mr. Edwards completely missed the mark with his blurb. He would do well to be more careful as he -- or if he -- continues with this column.
