BLACKVILLE, S.C. - Rosie Lee Hollingsworth, 79, formerly of Aiken, answered God's call at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Laurel Bay Healthcare Facility. She was born to the late Fannie Carroll and Alec Hollingsworth. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Emory Carroll and Moses Carroll; and one sister, Lillie Mae Patterson. Survivors include: five sons, Henry (Rosa) Hollingsworth of Radcliff, Ky., Herbert Hollingsworth of Weaver, Ala., Lester Hollingsworth of Aiken, S.C., Michael Hollingsworth of Mary Esther, Fla., and Cecil Hollingsworth of West Charleston, S.C.; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; and a dear and devoted friend, Essie Bush. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Ashley Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Anthony Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
