THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Frances Crawford Springer entered into rest on May 13th at University Hospital. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 19th at 11 a.m. at Springfield Baptist Church with Rev. Frederick Favors presiding and Rev. Tommy Burgess, Jr., Eulogist. The body will lie in state at the church beginning at 10 a.m. The interment will follow at First Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors: husband, Daniel Springer of Thomson, Ga.; two sisters, Louise (Tommy) Burgess of Thomson and Juanita (Lonnie) Dickerson of Fort Myers, Fla.; three brothers, John (Voncille) Crawford, Sr., Melvin (Helen) Crawford, and Daniel Crawford, all of Thomson; three sisters-in-law, Mattie Pearl Crawford, Eura Crawford, both of Thomson, and Gwendolyn Crawford of Pittsburgh, Pa.; two brothers-in-law, Joseph (Gerrais) Snow of Thomson and James Snow of Buffalo, N.Y.; one very dear friend, Joyce Wiley of Thomson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. The family requests that all food donations be taken to the Springfield Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. D.T.
