Dolores 'Dee' Jarrell (AUGUSTA, Ga.)

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Dolores 'Dee' Jarrell, 68, entered into rest Sunday, May 17, 2009, at Lake Crossing Health Care. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 12:00 PM, from the chapel of Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors with the Reverend Dr. Cynthia Taylor officiating. Inurnment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Ms. Jarrell was born in New York and was the daughter of the late Fred and Dorothy Ellis. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She had lived in the Augusta area for 45 years. She attended First Southern Methodist and was a graduate of Richmond Academy. She was a sales representative at Portman's Music (formally Brunkows Band Instruments) and was a life long homemaker. She is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Robert and Gail Jarrell of Evans, and Clifford and Tina Jarrell of Martinez; daughters and sons in law, Deborah and Robert Usry of Augusta, and Joy and Mike Lewis of Martinez; grandchildren, Robert Usry, Jr, Jessica Jarrell, Cory Jarrell, Joshua Lewis, Jill Carter and Matthew Smith; and great grandchild, Trent Usry.
