MIDVILLE, Ga. - Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Perry Baxter Oglesby, age 25, of Midville, GA at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA from injuries received in an automobile accident. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 13th, at 2 PM in the Peebles-Curry Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tony Smith officiating. Interment will be in the Bishops Chapel Church Cemetery near Summertown, GA. The family will receive friends at Durden-Hudson Funeral Home Tuesday evening from 6 - 8 PM. Pallbearers are Special Friends. Mr. Oglesby, born in Richmond County, was attending East Georgia College and was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Oglesby. Survivors include: his mother: Barbara Baxter Oglesby of Midville, GA; his girlfriend: Nikki Davis of Martinez, GA, her son, his best friend: Kalan Davis of Martinez, GA; two brothers: Spencer Oglesby of Augusta, GA and Jeffery Oglesby of Reidsville, GA; his maternal grandmother: Mabel Baxter of Rome, GA; his uncle: George L.
