World Labyrinth Day walk

The Episcopal Church of Our Savior will celebrate World Labyrinth Day with a group walk at 1 p.m. today. Participants can also walk individually from 12:30 to 2 p.m.

Historically, labyrinths have been used to facilitate prayer. Similar to a maze but with one path, a labyrinths have a pattern that leads to the center and back out.

Gang awareness workshop

Devon Harris, of the Full Circle Refuge, a ministry for juvenile offenders, will present a workshop on gangs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at Glenn Hills Baptist Church, 2877 Lumpkin Road. Call (706) 726-0948.

Israel Experience event

Israel Experience, a program of the Augusta Jewish Community Center, includes music, Israeli dances, a biblical petting zoo and children's activities Sunday.

Church rededication service

A restored Union Baptist Church will be rededicated at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. The church, which dates to 1851, is at 1102 Greene St. Call (706) 724-0436.
