WARRENTON, Ga. - Elizabeth (Cawley) Wood Faust was born in Shultz Hill, South Carolina on July 21, 1920 and passed away in Kingwood, Texas on April 20, 2009. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Reverend Marion Jay officiating. She was the daughter of Mark Luke and Anna Inglett Reed Cawley. She lived the majority of her life in Augusta, Georgia, but after retiring from Lily Tulip Company she moved to Warrenton, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Quincy Wilson (Jack) Wood and Howard Edward Faust, brothers; James and William Cawley, sister; Daisy Wheatly, and daughter; Dora Anne Youngblood. Mrs. Faust is survived by her sister; Juanita Thaxton of Perkins, Georgia, daughter and son-in-law; Lou and Jo Anne Bouffler of Decatur, Tennessee, daughter; Raye Wood Causey of Kingwood, Texas, grandchildren; Pat Martin, Elizabeth Dawson, Jackie Warner of Augusta, Georgia, Frank Youngblood, Jr. of Gibson, Georgia, Richard Youngblood of Hephzibah, Georgia, Philip and Michael Thompson of Lakeland, Florida and Christie Viands, Marie Price and James Williamson of Kingwood, Texas. There are also many nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Faust had a loving and generous heart and spirit. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 24, 2009 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, Georgia.
